I ordered from this web based business over 2 months ago, while having been charged, I've yet to receive my merchandise. The "contact us" on their website is completely USELESS. I've sent no less than 8 inquires and they never answer. I'm starting to wonder about them. Web site posting said they are out of New Jersey now, but what city? I can't even call directory assistance! Help!

Since I wrote the above I received an E-mail from ed Rosen., His e-mail address is erosen39@aol.com. His full e-mail is below:
I deeply apologize, but I never received your e-mails. In addition to everything else, there was a glitch in our site, which send all such e-mails to some nonexistent address. This was just rectified three days ago, and I have been answering every e-mail since then.
This has been a nightmare for us. We were promised that the place in NJ would be shipping in a week to 10 days, and that was 9 weeks ago. Only last week did they finally start shipping. They have been shipping a good number of orders per day, and I can only hope and pray that this continues.
I again deeply apologize for not answering your e-mails, which, as I said, I never received. I can only imagine that there are hundreds in the same situation as you, who also didn't receive any answers to the unreceived e-mails. As I said, this is a nightmare for us, and for me. I have been doing this for 41 years, and nothing like this has ever happened before.
I appreciate your kind words about our products, and hope that you forgive us and can understand the predicament we have been in.
